Where to Buy

• Buying from a dealer gives you the security of a warranty. By law dealers have to give you a warranty which gives you some recourse if something goes wrong with it later.

• Make sure that the said dealer has enough technical manpower to support the hardware you are planning to buy. The authrorised service centers will cater to your needs only when the hardware failure is involved. But in computers, you may require service for virus removal, installation of new software, installation of new printer / hardware, modem not getting connected, re configuration of drivers etc. which only your dealer will be of help to you.

• Buying from open channel could be slightly risky as to reduce the price in completion, they may indulge in adding non original parts and matching the configuration at lower price.

• Make sure that the dealer gives you genuine VAT paid bill.
